- How long does it take to get access to GEM Rewards?
After purchasing a subscription, members receive immediate access to the GEM Rewards program which is relative to the tiered level of membership. - Do I have to be 18 and over to participate?
Yes. Participants have to be 18 years and over to join The GEM. - Can all states participate GEM’s Trade Promotions?
Trade promotions will vary from time to time. Go to the promotions page to check which state the promotions are open to. - How will I know if I win?
The winning entry holder of any promotion will be notified by telephone and/or email by a GEM customer care member.
- How do I know if my information is private?
