Priority access
In addition to our fantastic rewards program, priority access is another benefit we offer our members. Thanks to our outstanding suppliers, including The AFL, Luxury Escapes and Bullrush Rally, we can offer our members unique promotions that you will not find anywhere else. Whether it be an unforgettable holiday at a discount too good to refuse, access to private events with Bullrush Rally or discounted tickets to your favourite AFL games, the ultimate experiences are endless.
Your membership level will determine your access to these promotions. Platinum members receive first dibs to these limited offers, followed by Gold, Silver and Bronze members.
How to use GEM Rewards
The rewards program is accessed online through your GEM website account. Click the GEM Rewards link within the MY ACCOUNT dashboard and discover the Rewards Program.
Your membership is your key to accessing all the rewards within this program. To redeem, click on any offer you’re interested in and follow the instructions on the page.
Offers vary depending on the provider and include cash-back automatic discounts on digital or physical purchases, and other exclusive offers.
On any cash-back deal, your savings will accumulate in your GEM Rewards balance, and you can spend it however you like. You can use it to purchase items from other retailers within our platform or transfer cold, hard cash directly to your chosen bank account to spend how you like.
Transfers to your bank account are typically processed in 5-10 working days.
